STRATEGY​​

Wallace Medical was in the process of modernizing its website in collaboration with a digital marketing agency. The goal was to better reflect the organization’s mission of making quality healthcare accessible to all while improving the online patient experience.

​​

Their existing visuals were inconsistent and limited in scope, making it difficult to clearly communicate services, locations, and the human side of care. The new site required imagery that could support everything from navigation to storytelling, while building trust with a diverse patient base.

​​CREATIVE PLAN

For a healthcare provider like Wallace Medical, imagery needs to do more than represent the brand; it needs to reduce friction: exterior and aerial visuals help patients find the right location; authentic team and provider imagery build familiarity before a visit; and environmental and lifestyle photography reinforce professionalism, warmth, and accessibility.

By approaching the assignment as a unified visual system, the imagery could support both functional navigation and emotional connection.

PRODUCTION

The project was structured over multiple shoot days to efficiently capture content at several locations while maintaining consistency in lighting, tone, and overall visual language.
 

Location & Navigation Photography
Exterior imagery of four facilities was paired with aerial/drone coverage of the main building and parking areas.

Team & Staff Portraits
Consistent, modern headshots were created for staff, alongside team imagery that reflects the collaborative nature of care.

Interior & Environment
Clean, well-composed interior photography highlighted the clinical spaces, reinforcing a sense of organization, safety, and quality of care.

Provider–Patient Lifestyle
An in-office lifestyle shoot was designed to feel natural and respectful, capturing real interactions that reflect the organization’s patient-centered approach.

ACTIVATION

The final image library provided Wallace Medical and its agency partner with a comprehensive, cohesive set of assets to support the new website.

Imagery now plays a functional role in helping patients navigate locations and services, while also strengthening trust through authentic representation of staff, spaces, and care experiences.

The result is a more modern, accessible digital presence; one that better reflects the organization’s mission and improves the overall user experience for the communities they serve.
