1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WEBSITE USE
All imagery, video, text, and graphics displayed on the public portions of this Site are the sole intellectual property of Hatton Company LLC. Public visitors are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, reproducing, or distributing any images from this Site without explicit written permission.

2. PRIVATE CLIENT GALLERIES & PROOFING

We provide password-protected, private client galleries hosted on our Site.

Access to these galleries is strictly restricted to the authorized client and their designated representatives.
Authorized clients are permitted to download proofs and final images from their unique gallery in accordance with the terms of their individual project contracts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gallery password.

3. COMMERCIAL DRONE OPERATIONS DISCLAIMER
Hatton Company LLC provides commercial drone imagery. All drone operations are strictly subject to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, local airspace restrictions, and temporary flight restrictions (TFRs). We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter any drone flight due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or regulatory restrictions. Final liability and scheduling impacts regarding drone shoots are governed by our individual client contracts.

4. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website only. Specific pricing, payment terms, retainers, and cancellation policies for photography, video, and drone production services are governed exclusively by individual signed client contracts.

5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Oregon.
